Our Philosophy
At Harris & Harris Mediation and Dispute Resolution, we provide a spark of hope and a mastery of conflict resolution skills to help you achieve the best possible outcome in your case. We have 30+ years experience helping parties with opposing objectives and/or hostile relations work together to unlock new solutions. We use this experience to assist parties in amicably resolving their disputes as a neutral third party. We are dedicated to making every effort to assist you in resolving your case.
Areas of Practice
Dr. Harris is certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit Mediator and is licensed by the Florida Department of Financial Services to conduct mediations in every Circuit in the State of Florida. His areas of practice include: property insurance claims, personal injury and wrongful death actions, and cases involving the U.S. military and veterans. He is bilingual and able to provide mediation services in English and Spanish.
Your Christian Mediation Firm
Upon retiring from 30 years of service in the U.S. Army, in 2023, Dr. Harris opened the doors to “Harris & Harris, a Christian Mediation and Dispute Resolution Firm.” Here, as an expression of the peacemaking ministry and Gospel of Jesus, he and his staff strive to bring people together to help resolve difficult disputes.
